We also have markets that will write physical damage on a stand alone basis including trucking physical damage. Most risk classes are available with liability limits up to $1,000,000 CSL except long haul trucking and the speciality classes listed below. Liability is available for risks operating in Texas and the surrounding states. Physical damage is available for risks operating country wide. Hired & non-owned liability is also available on a stand alone basis.

Specialty classes are available with liabilty limit restrictions as follows:

• $500,000 CSL Maximum Limit

• Church Buses or Vans
• Crude Oil Haulers
• Day Care Buses or Vans
• Hotel Vans used to Transport Guests
• Medical Clinic Vans used to Transport Clients
• Ready Mix Concrete Trucks
• Social Service Buses or Vans used to Transport People

• $75,000 CSL Maximum Limit

• Fast Food Delivery
• Limousines
• Musicians or Band Vehicles

Markets are also available for liability and physical damage for historically hard to place accounts domiciled in Texas or Louisiana.

Classes considered are:

• For Hire Trucking
• Waste Haulers
• Distributors
• Mix In Transit Trucks
• Taxicabs: small to mid-sized fleets and owner operators with at least 5 years experience

Classes not written:

• Hazardous / Flammable / Explosive Material Haulers
