The program is written through an A- VII A.M. Best rated company on an admitted basis with no policy fee, surplus lines taxes or stamping fee applicable.

Submissions

Underwriting and rating is done by Patriot National Underwriters, Inc. You may fax submissions indluding Acord applications, loss runs, the attached supplement and the service provider contract to Corky Ellis or Brian Stephens at Patriot National Underwriters, Inc.
