An insurance program with professional and general liability coverage specifically designed for non-profit & for profit social service angencies.

Who is eligible for the program?

A wide range of facilities including mental health counseling centers, drug and alcohol abuse treatment centers, residential care facilities, domestic violence shelters, day treatment centers for mentally ill or mentally retarded, sheltered workshops, adoption and foster care placement agencies, etc.

Who is the carrier?

Coverage is written with a Best's "A" rated carrier on an admitted and non-admitted basis.

What limits are offered?

Limits up to $2,000,000 per claim / $4,000,000 aggregate for Professional Liability and $2,000,000 per occurrentce / $4,000,000 aggregare for Commercial General Liability are offered. Excess and umbrella liability coverages are also available.

Who and what are covered?

Coverage is for the Agency and extends to officers, board members, volunteer workers and employees, and physicians whether salaried or contracted, while working on behalf of the agency. Coverage can be provided on both an occurrence or claims-made basis depending on the class of business. Other coverages available: Directors & Officers Liability, Property, and Umbrella.
