- Employers' Liability
- $1,000,000 each accident
- $1,000,000 disease–policy limit
- $1,000,000 disease–each employee
Submission Requirements on most risks:
- Completed Acord Applications
- Copies of Underlying General Liability quote with classifications, exposure basis and terms & conditions
- Currently valued genral liability and auto liability loss runs for 5 years or number of years in business if less than 5.
- Any applicable supplemental application
